@BonnieHosk85 My scale is in! I weighed today, and either I gained weight or my old scale was way off! Can we use my new correct weight as my starting weight?
-
Thanks! @BonnieHosk85

@AB0215 @BonnieHosk85 Do I need to resign up? Or will I just be rolled over to May?
-
My scale still hasn’t arrived! It’s now saying backordered. I think I’m going to have to drop out of April, and rejoin in May. Is that okay? Sorry!
-
Thanks!

@BonnieHosk85 I was wondering if I can change my weigh-in day from Monday’s to Friday’s? I’m having to buy a new scale, and won’t be able to get a new one until Friday. Mine has been acting wonky for a while and it finally broke. Thanks!

Feel free to add me too! I’m up 16.5lbs since last May. Yikes! Ready to get this extra weight off!

Mine isn't syncing either

Thanks everyone! Was hoping to do it the "lazy" way, but I'll add the portions separately to the database to get a close calorie content.
-
Thanks! Out of curiosity I put in "Chinese food plate" in the database and this is what came up: Wishful thinking perhaps? Lol I was thinking around 800++

Anywhere from 8000k-14000k depending on the day, I average about 10k.

The veggies are stir fry I believe with a black bean sauce. Or with beef, but I don't like the beef so usually just pick it out.

When I was pregnant with my twins I was close to 180lbs. I slowly dropped to about 127lbs (over a period of 2yrs) and have no loose skin. Stretch marks-yes, but they have faded for the most part too. I do believe losing slow helps with skin bouncing back and also genetics.

Pita pizza with turkey pepperoni, olives and onions, yum!

Mini (muffin tin) Cheeseburger Meatloaf, salad and oven fries :). Super kid friendly and yummy too!

Thanks everyone for the advice! Will go tomorrow and exchange for something else. The fit felt great at the store, just when I started running today the numbness kicked in. I pushed through, but it's been about a year since my last pair and I don't remember that feeling. Better be safe than sorry!

I love green tea, but on an empty stomach it make me feel so nauseous. No problem if I drink it after a full meal though.

I'm 5'4.5" I'm currently 137lbs, size 8, my goal and where I'm most comfortable is 125lbs, size 4-6. I tend to carry weight around my mid section/hips/butt though, so my goal and body type may be different than yours. ETA: I'm 34yrs old

I've had two csections, one of those being a twin pregnancy. I had the dreaded flap, but I can tell you as I lost weight it got smaller and smaller. I still have about 10lbs to lose, and I expect it to be pretty much gone by then. Just keep exercising, take it slow. My twins are 3yrs old now, it's been a slow process but…

My kids do this. Hoping it's a phase because I love making casseroles! Lol

I use a Fitbit and set my MFP activity level to sedentary. I average around 12000 steps per day, sometimes more sometimes less. My Fitbit self adjusts MFP for me but I end up getting quite a few "extra calories" per day. Do you use a Fitbit or activity tracker at all?
