I cannot get any lower than 142. I'm starting to think this is supposed to be my weight. I am 5'6" so I do look skinny at 142.3 -

I had a great loss last week, and today is the first day it jumped back up! I didn’t eat excessively this weekend, so I think it was due to more strength training yesterday. I think I need to take a rest day, but I really don’t want to do that. I am hoping it goes back down next week! I was down to 146.8 on Friday and Saturday!2 -

@BonnieHosk85 thank you, having the flu helped 🙈😂 I think the weight gain I had was from some ketones I was taking, as soon as I stopped them I dropped weight.1

I was wondering if I can change my weigh-in day from Monday’s to Friday’s? I’m having to buy a new scale, and won’t be able to get a new one until Friday. Mine has been acting wonky for a while and it finally broke.
