On Easter Sunday I hopped on the scale for funnies and it showed 198.6...I nearly cried! And then I put pants on that I wore for engagement pictures in 2012, before two kids! They were tight but the buttoned...a sign of things to come!5 -

I'm a bit shocked with 3.5lbs decrease coming off a holiday weekend. The only thing I did different this past week was to really start working out. I feel like I have my eating under control, so I need to focus on exercising more. Strolling around the block with my dog is not going to cut it. Looking forward to seeing everyone's continued progress for May!6 -

Also, I think I forgot to post last night but I did fine yesterday as well. I ran 3 miles, tracked everything and was well within my calories. 👍🏻2 -

Lost 1.7 pounds since last week.
Down 32.2 pounds so far.
So proud of myself as I lost the 0.9 pounds I was up last week plus I lost a new 0.8 pounds AND I had a good loss instead of a gain after an Easter Saturday dinner at my godmother's house, an Easter Sunday lunch at my grandmother-in-law's residence dining room, and an Easter Monday dinner at my mother-in-law's house! Guess I am getting better at not stuffing my face!!!!5 -
I'm so proud of this team. Again, for the second week in a row, every single team member has weighed in so far.
I am bursting with pride for all of you, especially after a holiday!! Some of you have seen a gain, but you weighed in anyway. I know next week you're going to see that drop off, plus some!
You are all such an inspiration to me, and to each other. I'm blessed to be a part of such an amazing group of people.

I was doing a booty boot camp workout this morning that had a ton of squats and bridges. I have also been trying to up my water intake. When I was doing the bridges, I could hear water sloshing back and forth in my belly!3

Back up 1 pound after all those yummy Carbs and Fats from Easter Sunday Dinner! You have to splurge and enjoy yourself with family and Friends every now and then. Oh well, I get back on track next week.3 -

- water: 5/5 I think so although ive been so busy I’ve had a hard time remembering how many
- Exercise: yes, 30min yoga. I’m excited to be seeing the changes in my body/ability in yoga as I lose weight and gain strength!
It’s my husband’s birthday tomorrow and there will be pizza and cake. I will either have 1 slice of pizza or make myself a yummy filling wrap.... my family is supportive and asked if I will be having cake and I said no (or maybe just a bite). Feeling strong still and trying to minimize temptations!
I’ve been on a good streak the last 3 weeks. I haven’t let myself make excuses and have stuck to my plan. Cravings are gone. Obsession with bad food is good. Binging is gone. I’m going to ride this as long as I can!!!!3 -
