    I didn’t actually expect any loss this week because my weight has been bouncing everywhere because of TOM. Very gratifying to see a loss there. 💕

    Just back from a week in Vegas with all the eating and drinking we did and up a lb don't think it's to shabby. But now the cleanse diet begins and back into the workout routine.

    Did I exercise? Yes, ran 8 miles before I started cooking this morning. Also walked off some of the food bloat with a friend this evening (7 miles).
    In calories? Nooooo. I’m even about 500 calories over for the week, but that should still translate to a small loss.
    Tracked? Some guesstimating but nothing for sure.

    I am down slightly today, which I will take! I hope to get more in-focus this week. We had celebrations this week, which made it harder to eat well: daughter’s play performance, 16-year anniversary, and Easter!

    @BonnieHosk85 I am 204.5 today.With mistake I wrote without thinking 194 lbs last week weight From sub conscious .

    Hey everyone! So I know I missed my weigh in yesterday. But I have had such a terrible week. I am so sorry. My best guy friend really snapped at me and hurt me bad,a guy both me and my mother thought really liked me ended up not, I had 2 uncles die,(now all my uncles are dead), and I got my period which will really throw my accurate weight off.

    @michellelagle, I'm so sorry for all you're going through. If you want to stay in the challenge for May I can just move your last weigh-in to week 4 also. Just let me know. Hope things look up for you soon!

    @looneycatblue, you're starting weight above is correct, but your week 1 weigh-in was 178.4. So this is your last week for weighing in for April and this week 4 weight will be your starting weight for May. Your next weigh-in day (next Monday), although still in April, will count as May's week 1 weigh-in. Let me know if you have any questions. You'll automatically roll over into May for Gutbusters so no need to register again. You did great in April, and I'm sure you will next month, too!!
