Help with Fitbit Inspire-Too many calories?
Why is my Fitbit inspire/MFP giving me so many extra calories??? I have my settings to the lowest activity level, thinking that my tracker will sync and add the extra calories. But it seems waaaaayyyy off. Please see attached pictures. Thanks!

How much for Chinese food? Calories?
Having Chinese food for dinner, how much would you estimate one plate (not heaping) will be? Will fill the plate with mostly veggies, and then springroll, fried rice and lemon chicken. Best estimate? I know there is no way to know for sure, but just looking for a ball park figure. Thanks!

Numb toes with new running shoes?
Just purchased a new pair of saucony running shoes. They felt great in the store, a lot tighter and more supportive than my old shoes, however, I went for my first run/walk with them and my toes started going numb about 5 minutes in. Do they just need some breaking in? Or should I return them and find something different?

Calories burned make no sense-help me understand?

Syncing issue driving me crazy!
On average my tdee is 2300 calories according to Fitbit. I am quite active on a daily basis. When it syncs to MFP the adjustment seriously messes with my head. Was well into the positive last night before bed, in the morning well into the red. MFP is saying my tdee is only 1606, which is way off and very inaccurate.…

I know that the syncing between MFP and Fitbit are a little wonky right now, but during this time, do I follow Fitbit's tdee and subtract 500 calories? According to Fitbit my tdee yesterday was 2279 total calories. I have MFP set to lose 1lb per week, so that would be 500 calorie deficit per day, which would put me at 1779 to lose-correct? Ovulation Weight Gain
I know about retaining water during TOM, but what about ovulation? I have been maintaining (one day I gained) for the past few days despite staying within my caloric intake and exercising. I need to wash the transmitter strap and just have a few questions: -What is the washing pouch and is it absolutely necessary? -Can I use normal (Tide) detergent? -Wash in warm water on normal cycle in the washing machine? Iron rich foods?
Looking at my daily diet I am pretty low in Iron...I don't really eat red meat simply because I don't like the taste. Occasionally, I will eat a steak but that's about it.
