Calories burned in 60 minute Bodypump class?

Hi,

Just wondering of anyone knows how many calories are burned in Les Mills Body pump class? I'm trying to figure out what to put in my journal. I just put it under strength training. Would that be accurate?

    Its more cardio than strength. I burn about 400 calories in this class :)

    Oh wow! That is a big difference from the 186 that strength training gives me, maybe I'll put it at around 250 cals burned, and wear my HRM next class.

    I wear my HRM and I get around 150-180
