I have a 2yr old daughter and a brand new baby boy born October 11 :). For now I'm just counting calories and BF-waiting the full 6 weeks before any exercise (c-section), but would love more support to get rid of the extra pounds. Adding you!

Just wanted to warn you about biotin. Took this a few years ago and got the worst acne of my life! I'm talking horrible cystic acne. I shed some hair due to stress but it all came back once the stress subsided. Just be careful what supplements you take.

Love this!!! To the OP I got a few on my hips with my daughter but they do eventually fade. She is 16 months and they are barely noticeable now. I've used bio oil since she was born so maybe that's why but maybe not lol.

I'm in! Would love to lose 10lbs by Christmas :). I will also be doing some "Body Flow" (yoga) and "Body Pump" (weights) at the gym. Hoping for awesome results! I can do JM in the morning during my daughters nap time. So do you plan on doing this everyday?

Honestly all I have been doing is logging everything I eat and exercise. I had a bad chest cold and couldn't exercise for about 2 weeks and still lost 3-4 lbs. I'm eating around 1400 cals per day AND eating back my exercise calories. Love MFP!!!

I would just switch to maintain and then bump up your cals to 300 more in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. I've seen babies born underweight etc because the mother was "dieting". Just eat healthy for you and your baby and worry about weightloss after the baby is born.

I basically eat whatever I want but in moderation and within my calorie budget. I don't believe in restricting because it will just make me want it more and over do it. I had pizza lastnight and enjoyed every bite! If I'm going to have a higher calorie dinner I will eat lighter during the day,
