Thanks for the post....had just seen trays sold in pampered chef to make these for like $30...and didn't think it would work. Will definetly try and parchment paper is much cheaper

It's the best and it even comes chocolate tooo... but my best way to have it so far is mix the 2 tbs as directed and put in 1/4 of a container of fat free cool whip----try and you to will become addicted!!!!!

I often wondered how it would affect you weight on the scale in the morning? I weight in in Fridays and won't dring water too late the night before, is that stupid or what?

I make crustless pumpkin pie all time....use 6 oz fat free evap milk and 6 oz fat free milk, use splenda (or your sugar sub of choice--I use Truvia), and use egg beaters in place of eggs....comes out just like the regular recipe and tastes just the same. I make them in the little pie pans so they are already individual…

smoothie, tastes just like drinking pumpkin pie....put the pumpkin, greek yogurt, skim milk (cinnamin or other spice you like) with ice---you can also add protein powder if you like--place it in a ninja or blender.....REALLY YUMMY!!

usually these things don't turn out well for me BUT IT DID!!! Really tastey for the calories, and pretty nice big portion size too. Next time I am going to try adding in a little peanut butter ( know it'll be a few more calories, but YUMMO!)
