Fresh green bean. I boil for a few min til tender....then drain...add a little low sodium soy and a little terriaki sauce like half a teaspoon of each....toss and heat thru...then add in a half tablespoon of toasted sliced almonds...YUM ❤️

48 tomorrow...down just shy of 40# by being smarter basically about what I eat...not on a diet. Learning to put me first a little so I can be around to take care of my little’s who normally consume my time ❤️

I love cottage cheese mixed with a little fruit...not sure where you live...but Kroger has their brand in about 5 flavors...all have about 110 calories and 16g protein. Great for on the go.

Thanks all, hadn’t been taking one...trying to eat healthy and get all I need thru diet/eating right...some days just fatigued by evening...may need to retweek my eating vs thinking a vitamin will help. Try to spread protein/carbs throughout the day...but some days, probably need to watch more

I take plain greek yogurt (oikos is my favorite) and add in about 1 TBS sugarfree/fat free pudding dry mix (I LOVE the cheesecake) and mix--I also add a packet of truvia to take away some of the tartness and I use this as fruit dip (apples and canteloupe are my favorites). actually if you get a friend get together and buy in bulk it's a lot cheaper directly from Bell Plantation. ...,,(my friend and I bought 8 of the 1lb. bags --getting 2 choc and 2 reg each--ended up costing us a little over $8 a bag including shipping) I don't think you will find it cheaper
