*sigh* Why does it feel like angryguy77 is a troll? Or maybe he just deliberately misunderstands positions when they are offered up to him? The difference in the care of a born individual and one in the womb is simple: ANYONE can take care of a born individual. A baby from birth can be given formula. It doesn't NEED breast…

I've known this for a very long time. I used to learn the weirdest things for my high school projects back in the day. But I have to agree with what some of the others have said: I'd rather see as much of the animal used as possible instead of seeing parts go to waste simply because they're "icky."

I have about 120lbs left to lose. You're welcome to add me if you'd like. :)

I'm with the "use once then into the wash" crowd. Washcloths are hung up to dry before being dumped into the hamper so they don't mold, but they're never reused until they've been washed, dried, and put away. Same for the towels. They are used by one person, one time, then tossed into the hamper.

This person said it much better than I could have. Keep up the good work for both you and your son. You're doing a wonderful job!

My answer to the original questions: Simple answers: No No No one should be allowed to force anyone to do anything to or with their body that they don't want to do. The longer, less simplified answer: If a woman wants or needs to abort, it's her choice. Sorry guys. I'd love to say that you have some say in the matter, but…

I don't get along with most women. I'm not into most things that the other women around me are into, such as make-up, hair, having children, or housewives/army wives of whatever. I don't do romance movies or books, and I HATE shopping for clothing or shoes. I'm not saying all women are like this, just the ones that I know.…

It is very confusing. *nods* I don't understand it 100% myself. The way a friend of mine explained that aspect is this: Even though they do not feel sexual desire for others their bodies are still physically capable of the act. Because humans are social creatures, they can still love and want to spend time, even want a…

My OPINION, and belief, is simply this: To me, it's not a choice. This is based off of the people, both straight, gay, bisexual, AND (to add fuel to this fire), asexual, that I have met and spoken with. Some of whom are my friends, and some are merely acquaintances, and some are still complete strangers who felt the need…

Hi everyone. I have never been formally diagnosed with an ED. However, I know from looking things up that I definitely binge eat. A lot. I am trying hard to work on this issue, but it is difficult. I feel very out of control sometimes like I just can't stop eating. Yesterday, was a bad day. The funny thing, is that I was…

Thank you all for your answers. :) I'll definitely have to try the two whites to one yolk ratio.

This kind of irritates me just a little bit. I have TRIED to learn Spanish. I have taken FOUR years of Spanish, two in high school and two in college. My business has Rosetta Stone in Spanish for everyone. I've been working with it for a year now. I still cannot speak it to save my life. I can read a little bit, and I can…

It may not be rocket science, but it is not as easy as that paraphrase makes it out to be. 1. Graduate from high school. I graduated from high school AND college. 2. Get married before you have kids. I am not married, nor do I have any kids. 3. Stay married. I never married, so this does not apply. If I was married,…

I have done this a couple of times. I did real well for about 4 months. I even made it through Thanksgiving and Christmas. Then I just... stopped. I've tried a couple of times since then to get back into it, but I just didn't have the motivation. Hopefully I'll keep the motivation longer this time. I've been told that for…

While I stated I agreed with TheRoadDog's statement, I'm going to add in my own opinion and experiences. Take it with a grain of salt, as every opinion should be. I think ALL religions are kooky. That is my opinion. I DO, however, believe that all religions have a few things in common, which has cemented MY BELIEF…

Did you read the above article that summertime_girl posted? It has some very good points about people not being able to get ID's, for reasons other than just being poor. Such as older people just not being able to get one because they don't have birth certificates (Legal citizens who were born prior to 1930) or names were…

I won't offer up my own thoughts on this issue just yet. I'm too torn on the issue at the moment for my thoughts to make a whole lot of sense. However, I have a question for those of the "DO NOT LIKE THIS" mindset: The children that were born here in the U.S. are U.S. citizens. That's how it works. You're born here, you're…

Sorry.. Didn't mean for my comment to hijack the thread. :blushing:

Sadly, a lot of the people pushing to make abortion illegal, or hard to get, think that if a woman is hurt or killed by an unsafe abortion that "it is her own fault and she deserved it for killing an innocent life." :frown: It's really disturbing the way some people think.

Your opinions are based solely on YOUR morals. If YOUR morals say that life begins at conception, then that is YOUR moral compass. Someone who does not believe that, or who doesn't see a non-viable(outside the womb) fetus as child has a different moral compass. However, I have to say, I don't think it is entirely selfish…
