I dont agree with using pills or any sort of quick fix on weight loss. I started with Weight Watchers and lost 62 pounds and now I am just using Fitness Pal and have lost 15 pnds so far. Just know that slow weight loss is the best, The faster you drop weight the more chance you have of it coming back on. Make sure you are not drinking to much water, you could be bloating yourself.
