Yep - i'm going to try and hit 5000km this year - did just over 3500km in 2011, and I was off the bike for best part of 3 months through injury, so it's not a massive step up really, provided I manage to stay healthy and injury free!0 -

Just wanted to thank sarah307 for starting this thread! It's much more fun to have miles fitness goal than watch the scale!
Also for anyone that wanted to know how to make your miles ticker...go to www.tickerfactory.com to make yourself a free one then just cut and paste it in your reply.

I'm in - I'm actually shooting for 300km for the month - but lets make it easier on the maths and call it 200 miles
Rides so far this month:
02/01/2012 - 26.50km (16.46 miles) - 1523kcal - Local loop - bright and sunny but cold and windy
03/01/2012 - 34.59km (21.49 miles) - 2196kcal ( 3719kcal total) - Indoor cycling (rain/storms/gales)
