I am 350. My cal goal or 1940...i try not to eat any of my exercise calories. I track gym through map my run and put my weight in as 150 so that the calorie count would be smaller looking.

My brother gave me a scoop to try of his preworkout. It made my 4:30am workout feel like my wonderful 10am workouts use to. Im actually excited to get up at 4:20 tomorrow instead of dreading it. My workout was awesome this morning and I'm feeling super pumped.

I did good while there....but spiralled out after...last week I had at least two heavy binge days. But back at it...mentally back especially!!! Thankfully it only resulted in .6lbs plus on the scale...i was prepared for a lot more. But I'm back in it mentally. I don't know why I found last week so hard.

Yeah this week (mon-today) my weight has gradually gone up. I had a slight decrease but it shot up 2lbs today alone. And the horrible thing showed up after coming home from the gym. I was under calories all week and finished workouts each day.....suuuuucks!! And I wanna cry

My period is supposed to start any day and so this week has been a yuck weight week. I had a big weight flux just overnight. Gotta love being a woman. But two weeks strong. Last week the pounds just ran off this week nothing....its very disheartening.

I have around 200. I'm 366 and started 2weeks ago at 375. My goal is 160-170ish range...tho honestly just to get under 300 will be a wondetful thing!

I feel like I've been up and down so much and just failed. Even though right now it feels different and I've worked through a couple things...its just such a large task. I keep going back and forth this is it! And yeah by the time this weekend comes you will screw up the whole week, and give up.

I use mapmyrun, I just override the calories before I finish my entry. I don't want to eat my calories, or have them looking at me as an option lol, tried that, didn't work for me. Anyway, I just put a flat 10 calories per half hour, just a silly number, but a number. I find it tracks pretty accurately, I've not noticed…
