I prefer rest days. Some people don't need rest days or at least what my type of rest days are. But for now the type of rest days I take a good for me so I will stick to living this way until I start reacting to it in a way I do not like.

My chin was the first place I noticed lost weight. I was focusing on it and it was the last thing to come so it was the first thing to go.

Did the dietitian tell you to eat 1200 to 1300 calories a day and tell you not to eat the calories you exercise off? No, what other people eat does not bug me like that. Usually I am eating more food than any person I see. When I do see someone who is eating more than me I just think about getting what they are eating next time.

You could try buying the cones for kids and only eat what will fit in the cone and one scoop above it.

Seasoning the foods you don't like may help. Mixing the foods you do not like with foods you do like may help. Making the foods you don't like smaller by chopping them up small and then mixing them with stronger flavor foods you do like and or seasoning them can help. It is normal to feel that way. Maybe drinking some of the calories will help. Drinking fruit juices, vegetable juices or milk may help.

You can still lose weight. However, I have found that calories in certain foods do not work the same as calories in other foods, at least for my body.

I don't think it is bad to eat junk food. As long as you fit the food into whatever goals you have then I do not see why there would be a problem with it. My opinion of how many calories should be in a meal depends on a lot of different things. Right now I just base it on how many calories I have left for the day.

I would live in the house. I have looked up whether or not the real estate agent has to tell people, I only found that they have to in certain states. That may have changed or what I found could have been wrong, I looked it up after watching a horror movie.
