why don't you give a list of what you DO eat, that will make it easier.

Vegetables, fruit, grains, etc that you like or are willing to eat. sometimes, if you want to make a lasting change, you have to "get over" your fussiness and branch out a bit.

Seasoning the foods you don't like may help. Mixing the foods you do not like with foods you do like may help. Making the foods you don't like smaller by chopping them up small and then mixing them with stronger flavor foods you do like and or seasoning them can help. Some things in stores are already chopped up and packaged.

Given what gets put into junk food, I always find it really strange when "fussy" eaters are more fussy on simple, clean healthy foods than they are on processed added-to, what-the-f-is-even-in-that foods. Then I believe it is more a matter of taste buds being used to being overstimulated and your body being accustomed to the various satisfaction reactions to that food.

I'd suggest googling your favourite "unhealthy" foods and seeing if you can find recipes for "healthy" versions. there are so many things you can do to meat, veges, potato etc which makes then tasty. "Healthy" doesnt have to be bland and boring.

And yeah, a list of what you like would be better than "suggest things and I'll say if I like them" - pretty sure you should be doing more of the work than us.

Okay, I'll post what I like

Most meats, especially steak and chicken
Fish, only cod in batter, no other sea foods
Not a fan of salads, tomatoes and cucumber are fine
Broccoli, carrots, sweet corn and peas are okay
Peppers only in red pepper dip (make my own homemade version which is healthier than nandos)
Most fruits, just never find the time to actually want to eat them.

Not a fan of currys and spicy stuff and love everything sweet.

    Can't think of much else.

Time also plays a big factor on this
Working an 11+ hour shift then spending a couple of hours at the gym/pool leaves me just enough time to make my sandwiches for the next day, wash and have something quick and easy to eat (usually not to healthy)

Shepherd pie - mince, carrots, peas, gravy & potatoes
Yogurts - make your own - 100g of natural yogurt, strawberries & apple or add your own fruits

so just eat all those things in moderation so you have a calorie deficit, throw in a bit of exercise and you are good ot go!
