I'm in the same boat. Started out strong then stopped all together. I am determined to start again and keep it up. Losing weight and staying healthy is a constant battle for so many of us. We've gotta stand by one another and keep up the positive encouragement. Feel free to add me! Lets do this together!

wow, that sounds simple enough...... and known of the ingredients are things I haven't heard of/don't already have which is a plus. I think I will have to try this. do you think you could use regular milk instead of the coconut milk?
