I started running outside at 242 lbs. I think it's sad that you would allow what someone might think of you to hinder your exercise goals. Get out and run. I lost so much weight in my breast there's nothing left to loose there. At least it's finally coming off my stomach area now!

My original goal was 160. When I reached that I went for 150 thinking that was my healthy weight. I got my height checked and had lost a little over a inch so 140 was my new healthy. I reached that and would love 5-10 lbs more but sadly I am struggling. So I'm officially on break for a month.

When I fold my pants I always think they shrunk in the dryer. I run outside and go to the gym, I have consistently "pushed" myself physically the whole weight lose time so no exercise doesn't help w your image of yourself.

Any kind of berry. Most are in season right now to. There very low in calories and have a ton of vitamins and other good stuff! Mix them w some cottage cheese 2% is about 90 calls a half cup, or some plain the yogurt.

My doctor never really said it cause we both knew. I gained it by myself and have lost it myself. My doctor told me 20 lbs ago " whatever your doing just keep doing it" , and also " what made you WANT to loose weight". I have a very good non judgmental compassionate Dr.

i start my day w a nice big glass of ice cold water. I then drink one glass of water before i drink each can of diet soda...and i drink 3-6 a day. Some days i might not drink one, not cause i want to cut them out but just cause i didn't want one.

I went out looking for a new pair of runners at the New balance outlet yesterday w no luck....I just happened to peak in the banana republic outlet store. I found the cutest seahorse crops at 70% off. I paid 18 dollars for them!!!!! All thanks to sticking w my diet! Think of the results you want!

I'm hypo to and I loose weight fine. I'm very close to my goal so it's super slow now but that's because I weigh so much less =)

i usually weigh less after about a week from a cheat day. That's if i went out to eat. If you didnt go out to eat there probably wont be much of a gain and that will come off after a few days =D

I only have 3 lbs to go for a healthy Body mass index. I'm cranky to very cranky. You gotta suck it up and push through or take a maintenance break. Don't waste your hard work.

43 and i've lost 49 lbs since january 1st of this year. I lost some last year but celebrated w lots of vacations last year and just kind of kept off a 40 lb loss the prior year. So all together 80+ lbs so far.

I can run w or w/o headphones. I keep my music low so i can hear, birds, myself, and any danger that might come my way. There's a lot of bikes here and doggys so you never know. I run on an empty stomach also and last night i ate a bunch of junk…i was spiking my calories and this morning i felt like i was gonna get sick at about mile 5….i just ran through it and thought to myself i put junk in i get junk out =( I honestly think it was the extra grease and sugar =/
