Completed my fit test today (day 1 of Insanity). Here are my results: switch kicks = 70 (but they were low - need to get my kicks higher) power jacyk = 55 power kneww = 85 power jumps = 25 globe jumps = 8 suicide jumps = 15 push-up jacks = 20 low plank oblique = 65 ugghhh, I'm tired :) the test is 25 minutes, not sure what…

Hi there, I'm starting day one on Monday, June 11. I did the fit test today and did ok. I've got about 12-15 pounds to lose (and have been trying to lose the same 10 pounds for the last year). I'm really pretty active, but I obviously need to change up my routine. Hoping Insanity is the answer. Best of luck to everyone.

I did this after my second child was born. Once I reached goal I got cherry blossoms with 2 butterflies (I had two girls at the time). Now that I have my son too I'm going to get another once I reach goal to represent him.

Ok, I actually did L1D1 on Sunday 2/6, a muscle pump class on Monday (45 minutes and similar exercises), skipped Tuesday (ran on the dreadmill) and will do the shred again tonight. So I guess technically it will be L1D2, but with the muslce pump class thrown in I'm calling it L1D3. I doubt I'll be able to do this daily…
