I make quiche cups in the oven with egg, spinach, mushrooms and 1/4 slice of bacon on top. 9 eggs can make 16 quiche cups when you use a muffin tin and they're about 50 odd calories each and really satisfying. I would be except we recently switched to Dish Network... had no idea they dont carry AMC. Now I have to wait for them to be loaded online, the site I use usually doesnt take long but dangit theres nothing like watching on tv in HD!!

Hot boiled crawfish.. if you've ever been to Louisiana and had some you'd understand why. I can eat 5+ lbs of crawfish, suck the heads and everything. Omg and don't let there be sausage and potatoes in it *squeeeeeeeeeee!!*

Id like to see success pics too. MFP originally had my cals at 12something but I had my weekly weight loss goal at 2 lbs per week. I switched it to 1 1/2 lbs a week and it upped my cals to 1580. Thank you for posting this because I was wondering the exact same thing. I switched up my settings and my cals were upped to 1800 and I was having a hard time figuring out how to up it all but everything still be good. Special me, it didnt even dawn on me to put more stuff in my salad.

What type of HRM do you use? A Polar one with a chest strap was recommended to me but Im wondering if the watch only ones work just as well?
