This is GREAT! Thanks! One thing I realized with the 2 runs this week as that I was not pushing myself nor asking enough.. I was staying in my comfort zone. It takes dedication to push outside that comfort zone.. I am on it.

Truvia or Stevia are GREAT alternative sweetening agents. My husband and I both had real bad reactions to Splenda/sucralose.

Thank you. I have not done the fit test. I paged through it. My push ups are weak.. to do a real one.. I can only do 3 at a time... I just downloaded the 100 push up app. I am going to start on that. .. it should help. I just need to commit and do it. I have done JM shred up to level 2..

I'd say change some things up to something that is sustainable. If you are so unhappy and want to stop, something needs to change and only YOU can do that. sustained weightloss comes from sustained changes to your lifestyle.

I would say curves is for beginners. You could probably join a snap or anytime fitness for the same money. Otherwise, I'd say invest in other dvds.

Chris, that sucks. Have you considered structural integrations, rolfing, or connetive tissue massage? If you google John Latz.. he talks all about it and what it is cabable of. It may be an alternative to surgery. I hope you recover smoothly from this. {{{HUGS}}} Stacey

I had been told that it dilutes your stomach acid then your food doesn't get fully digested and that can cause gas, acid reflux. Slower to lower digestion...
