If you lose weight, it is likely lean muscle mass. I just don't think that is enough to function. You may lose at first.. however you body will rebel. Another question is do you think this is sustainable for you? If not, it is only a temporary loss. I hope you find a groove that works for you. = )

The more water I drink the less hungry I am. I would take a look at the food you are eating.. processed carbs tend to burn up quicker causing hunger more frequently.

I think you best bet would be to workout before work, plan and prepare as many of your meals the day before... Maybe make a weekly menu. I wish you the best of luck - it is going to be an adjustment and I am sure you can conquer it.

Only you can really answer this question. How important to you is it? If you are happy with yourself that is all that matters. Me too! Yeah! I am so happy to have a more managable chest. I went from a 40DD to a 36DD and I onmy way to a 34.. I love it! Although.. I should start saving for a lift.. LOL!

You could use circuit training.. I'd say the best is to get a heart rate monitor. I love mine.. You can find them reasonably priced on amazon. It is worth the investment. I have a polar F7.. it was around 100.00 I did day 1 level 2 today and I burned 321 calories.
