I am sorry. I understand what you are going through. It is a serious balancing act. It all comes down to preparation - plan meals a week ahead of time, prep meals the night before for the next day. That is the truth, once you get meal times down with a routine of planning and prep.. start sneaking in 5-10-15-20 minutes of…

I always skip it.

I would take some time to evaluate the types of calories you are ingesting. It does matter. If you are way over in sugar and the scale isn't moving.. then maybe you need to cut down on sugar?? Maybe you are taking in too many processed carbs? Try an switch out for more healthful carbs like peppers, carrots,…

I have been loosely applying his concepts and have had wonderful results. More energy and fat in my middle is melting off. Love it. My plan is to become more and more dedicated to the Grok way of life. I do love going in and tearing it up on the eliptical really getting a good burn in.. I would say I am veering away from…

This NSV happend roughly 3 weeks ago and I wanted to wait to make sure it held.. But I am back into my original engagement and wedding ring set. When we got real big ... had to buy just gold bands... Not anymore! I know it sounds silly but it feels so good to look down at my hand and see the original rings. Puts a big…

I was planning on being Alice from resident evil.. I may just be a gypsy since I have the costume from when we go to ren fest.

Bad idea. This is not teaching one how to stay healthy and stay trim. Most like loose lean muscle mass setting one up for long term failure... I just think they want repeat customers. Long term weightloss is about learning a lifestyle that creates a healthy fit bod and mind. I don't believe this diet will do that. Bad idea.

They say that the average of 8lbs is a healthy goal. That is roughly 2lbs a week. The date I set to reach my ultimate goal is December 18th (That sweet day I enter my 35th year of life). I have roughly 35lbs to lose to get there... That is a about 3.5 months. The scale is evil. So I decided a better goal was to wear a size…

My husband and I both enjoy shakeology. We used to take time to make green smoothies with lots of greens and vegetables... These save us so much time and the cost comparison is similar to what we would spend.. I say give it a try.
