What books have helped you, you use as reference, in your way to losing weight, healthy eating and exercising, etc?

For food, you only need Michel Pollan, Omnivores Dilemma, etc...

For exercise, you only need Ross Enamait, and good luck finding anyone on youtube with more all around fitness then Ross at rosstraining.com, the man lives it, and his books are PACKED with CITED knowledge and inexpensive and include a full program if you wish to follow it.

The above for food and exercise successively, preach common sense, age old wisdom approach and unravel all the BS of the industry they are in and break it down into the simple, hard truth.

I just bought a couple Michael Pollan books that just came in the mail today. I cannot wait to read them.. I watched "Food Matters" and it left such an impression.. I am going to do this.

The Dorm Room Diet has been really helpful for me. I'm a part time student and part time worker and don't live in a dorm, but I it's written by Dr. Oz's daughter, who is around my age, for people around my age, and addresses pretty much all of my pitfalls! And I love that there's workout suggestions for busy people with not a lot of space. Just a good book for starting on healthy habits when you're young, basically.
