  • my breakfast doesnt total much more than your snack that will sustain you for a short burst whereas i last the whole morning on mine
  • i didnt eat a single bad item as way of snacking---i kept under my normal daiily allowance of 1200 cals and today i will double my effort in the gym. yesterday was rest day for me!
  • The thing i would ask for would be floor exercises because those you can do at home and have more technique than the equipment-you will learn that as you go along.
  • i have come to this logical conclusion---when your calories are set by mfp you give your start weight and this is used to set your calorie rate but as your weight reduces in theory so should your bmr calorie intake-so if you eat all your calories your weight loss will slow down or even stop!

  • when you get your initial bmr rate for your calorie count it is obtained by giving your start weight-as your weight goes does your bmr reduces thus meaning you need less calories to live-so if you dont reduce your intake your weight loss will reduce or stop as many do---i started with a bmr of 1717 and now i am down to…
  • yesterday i had 900 calories of exercise and i start from only 1200 thats about an 75pc increase--i wouldnt want to eat that much if i could physically do it while keeping on only healthy foods
