Spring has sprung me back into action!
Yes another guilty soul returning to admit that i left the fold and have put on weight. i stopped dieting last summer'10 due to prolonged holidays and then a busy winter schedule. i am now 8lbs over what i consider my ideal weight so here we go again! -i have fired up the gym and started reducing my intake as of today!

Temperature and metabolic rate
