D4 L2 done yesterday. Definitely easier, but was still dripping by the end, and felt exhausted. I can't get rid of the snack boxes ... they are provided by another company and supply the whole office. I just need to get better with my will power. Monday here again, so I will be re-starting my quest to avoid the temptation (was pretty good over the weekend). So, anyone else want to pledge not to eat crap today?

Tried it .. not only was it yuck, turned out I was allergic to the stuff so ended up with a horrid red rash everywhere.

I skipped yesterday - was all set to do L2 Day 2, but OH was an ar*e about letting me use the lounge so I gave in. Can't do it today either, so Day 2 for me will now be tomorrow - am cycling today so will be doing something at least. My abs are still sore from L2 day 1!!

Yesterday was supposed to be day 10 for me, but after a 22km cycle ride and a 50min zumba class I ran out of time and energy to do Jillian as well. So, today will be my last Level 1 workout ... kinda excited and scared about starting level 2!!

Day 9 complete ... and it felt good. Managed 31 knee press-ups. Compared to Day 1 when I think I managed about 10, before having to do box-press ups that's a huge improvement. Same issue here ... - Low cal hot chocoloate - fruit ... grapes are great -fruit juice -chewing gum -boiled sweet (enough of a sugar hit for the craving .. but only eat 1!!) -low fat fruit yoghurt
