I've just started C25K as well. Going from how my legs feel, make sure you do some really good stretches before and after, and if you feel like it you can get some extra walking in before you start your 5 minute 'warm up' just to loosen up even further. Other than that, don't be upset if you find the first day hard. SO…

I vote pump... it's good to balance out some cardio with a little strength training. Pump will tone more areas of your body.

Everyone is so kind, thank you for all your advice. I will find some stretches to do so my body doesn't keep rebelling at the 'hey guess what we're doing today!' thing hehe :)

It really is amazing! The zucchini doesn't taste very 'zucchini-ish'... it's very neutral tasting (like a pizza base should be). I quite like the texture of it too.
