It is really hard to get going when you have a lot to lose but when you do you will notice it really well. Work out why you want to do this & set sensible goals that you know you can achieve. I have no stretch marks from babies but have plenty from being 300lbs!! If I EVER get to a bikini size there will be no stopping me for scars and stretch marks are my history on my skin. Remember that when you are on the pill you do not have periods just break-through bleeding! It can be a little irregular at any time but especially if you have added exercise into life. Well done! I started at a BMI of 49 age 49 & was morbidly obese. I have enjoyed going through the numbers & seriously obese to reach just obese at 34.7!! Next stop just overweight at 30.........

Cooking in the microwave cuts down on the smell but the best taste is just quick fry with some salt & pepper in a pan with a tiny spray of oil! Mackerel a little more smelly but full of good oil & no extra required!!

I do not plan cheat days. I have some not so good foods most days but count them in to my calories. I am not able to be perfect every day! I fall off the wagon every now & again but try & make it one day only & start again with a new day!!
