Finished 100 squats! :happy: I did sets of ten throughout the work day, great way to wake me up during my mid-day slump... Working on the water now on glass 9 feeling great!!

CW - 212 GW (next 4 weeks) - 202 My goals for the next 4 weeks: 1) Do 45 minutes of cardio at least 3 x week 2) Cut out all junk food snacking 3) Drink more water and less soda
