Should be able to find a good assortment of video's giving you a good workout with those hand weights. Also Insanity is great along with all the other beachbody video's. -Norm

It might be a pretty aggressive goal to lose about 2.5 lbs per week as you suggest. I would recommend 1 to 2 lbs per week. For me I look at exercises for two reasons. On the days I exercise I get to eat more and making more muscle burns calories when I'm not exercising. Also exercising helps keep the muscle tone you have.…

I workout at home by running outside or on my treadmill. I have previously done two rounds of Insanity, one round of Power 90 and a round of P90X. Currently I'm training for a marathon so mostly running outdoors. -Norm
