I'm 117 lbs and wear a size 4. I'm thicker waisted though. Three or so more pounds and can fit back into my 2's. But, ever since I had children, my weight has redistributed to my middle.

I swapped out my chemical fat free Coffeemate for soy and almond options. I think the soy blends better with the coffee and is creamier, but the almond has fewer calories.

How often do you go out? It looks like you have two cheat meals when you do this, the evening you drink and the day afterwards. It may make losing weight a lot harder. Sorry, but it is the honest truth. I think you have to find a happy medium between enjoying your life and creating a healthy lifestyle. Choose your nights…

PB2 is powdered. You can use it in shakes or in recipes where you want the peanut butter taste. I have a container here to try, but haven't tried it yet. You are supposed to mix it with water to make it spreadable, but I heard it doesn't taste that great when you do that.

It's the eating that goes along with it that messes everything up....I usually stick with wine, though. But, I'm a heck of a lot older than you. ; )

Here's an idea that is very healthy and within that range.... Grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast (or poached) with a small sweet potato and a large garden salad or steamed veggies!

Order chicken or fish baked or broiled, steamed veggies and a baked potato. Or, soup and a salad. No bread and share the dessert!!!!! You can also get a salad and add grilled shrimp, chicken or steak and oil and vinegar on the side....

Those chain restaurants are tough. Maybe a soup and a salad? Like everyone said....order things without cheese, sour cream, etc. It's hard! What about a piece of chicken, small baked potato and steamed broccoli?

Keep little hundred calorie snack bags in your desk and have one of those if you are craving something sweet. I love the 100 calorie dark cocoa roast almonds from Emerald. Or, make a cup of coffee. That seems to satisfy a sweet tooth for me.

Yes. It's about 80% diet......working out is good for your body and your mind, so you'll feel better doing both together. Working out does make you more hungry, so that is where it gets a bit tricky.
