No advice for you as many posters already covered it. But, I just want to say how sorry I am that you are going through this. Wishing you peace and strength in the days and months ahead.

byustrongman is correct. I was on these for years and decided to wean myself off of them due to health risks. My husband is an MD and we discussed this. My primary care physician (who is not my husband) originally put me on PPI's and I found out about the risks on my own. Sometimes doctors don't mention risks unless you…

Yep. My binges are short lived and only last an evening or so, if I start. I binge on salty carbs, and occasional sweets. If I drink wine, the binges are worse. I have trouble limiting certain foods, so I stay away. Cheezits, pretzels, graham crackers, forget about Girl Scout cookies-can't have those in my house. Triggers…

I'm a fit, 5'4, 110 lb fitness instructor. My bf is around 17%. I have some cellulite. Many fit people have cellulite. My take is that genetics play a factor.

Amazing! Go you!

If you want to be more toned, you really should start a lifting program. Since you don't have much weight to lose, that is where you'll see the most change in your body. I'd also switch up your weight loss goal to be .5 lbs per week, rather than 1 lb per week so that you can have more calories to fuel your body and your…
