You look amazing! I have an umbilical hernia and my stomach muscles never came back together after having kids. No matter how much I try and tone my belly, it will never be flat. How bad was the pain and recovery? That's my biggest concern with two young boys. Congrats to you!

I'm 5'4 and trying to ge to 115! I'm about 121ish right now....I work out a ton, so I have nice tone, but my body fat percentage is at 23-24%, which I think is too high for the amount I work out. ; ( It could be a genetics, though.....Best of luck, ladies!!

I'm a fitness instructor and sweat like crazy.....she asked how she could feel better about herself and I gave her some helpful tips. Stop the negativity please. :)

Twist your bangs back and clip on sides, if headband slides off. Pull hair back into tight pony tail and wear some tinted moisturizer and waterproof mascara! Invest in some good quality workout clothing, like Lululemon or Lucy and you'll look great and burn calories!

I could be repeating what others have said, but try changing up your exercise routine! Add more weights, or try a different class or do some interval training......just mix it up! Don't give up, you'll get there!!

Check with your town's recreation department. I am a fitness instructor and we have a Biggest Loser program with the town that people really enjoy. Most people in the group are just starting out and have a good deal of weight to lose. You are on the right track to feeling and looking your best....keep it up!!!! :)

I'm a stay at home mom and a group fitness instructor, but I used to be an elementary school teacher before I had my kids! I love teaching Group X!

I don't keep track of my calories, but I guess I should. I just bought a food scale and will start using it. I do believe it is my diet.
