I meal prep on Sundays for lunches for me and my husband. I roast up a ton of veggies and sweet potatoes with herbs and sautée, grill, or bake chicken with different herbs flavorings. You are set up for success with meal prep! Good luck!

You have 4 daughters. I would suggest finding a good therapist to figure out why you don't love yourself and why you don't feel like you are a good person. Self loathing is terrible for you and your family. You CAN do this. You CAN change. You just need to feel that you are worth it. Good luck!

I have the best recipe for salmon. Marinate in a Tbsp of brown sugar, a bit of peanut oil and low sodium soy (I don't measure, just eyeball). Grill or broil. Top with chopped scallions and serve over brown rice. It is delicious! I don't like salmon any other way as it is too fishy.

Abs are made in the kitchen. Losing fat will help. Planks and hovers are also great core strengthening exercises. Lifting weights also activates core. I am fitness instructor so have a lot of experience with this. Best of luck and focus mostly on calorie deficit.
