My post workout shake is so good...... 1 scoop choc protein powder 1/2 frozen banana two Tbsp. PB2 one Tbsp. of sugar free chocolate syrup 5 ice cubes Add some more water and blend!!! Delicious!!

Do circuit training, since both large and small muscle groups are used. You want major burn? Try a Les Mills BodyCombat class. I teach both BodyCombat and BodyFlow and combat burns a lot!

I agree, the diet section is lacking because he simply gives recipes without giving a more open guideline of how to choose your carbs and proteins. I think if you stay within the calories you figured out for youself, then figure out your percentages of carbs/fats/proteins you can work on your diet. Seeing a nutritionist to…

Just bought the book as well. Don't worry about bulking up, YOU won't! :) I'm not following the diet exactly, because I've had luck doing my own type of eating, which is similar and very high in protein. Good luck!!

Greek yogurt, fat free cottage cheese, Kashi Go Lean, lots of green veggies, egg whites, lean protein, almonds, nut butters, ezekial bread.... 1200 is too little (it is for me). The days I don't exercise, I go over MFP's goal of 1210. I'm still losing BF, which is what I want to do, since my weight is actually pretty low…

I had two C sections. It took me at least 8 months to get back down to my original weight after having my babies. Give it time and you'll get there! Congratulations!!

Maybe take daily walks and don't go crazy with eating. Egg white and veggie omellettes, salad with protein for lunch and eat what you want for dinner (so long as it is not fried!).....oh, and watch those creamy drinks!! Those are my favorites on vacation!! Enjoy!!
