Sometimes too much fiber can cause stomach issues because instead of moving along it sits there. Try a cup of coffee and LOTS of water!

I feel like eating when you are not hungry is a bad habit. If you are not hungry until mid-morning, then eat then. You do have to eat during the day, though. I know there are some foods that make me more hungry like bagels, pasta and sometimes peanut butter. What about more snacky foods like nuts, yogurt, etc.? It does not…

Thanks. I did check back and my weight loss is for a fast pace. I will adjust it so I can make it a permenant loss even if it comes off slowly. Also, thanks for the tip about the exercise diary over estimating calories burned. I will try to eat back only 1/2! Thank you for the help -- I did not even think about these…

Most Chinese restaurants now have steamed entrees which are a great choice. Moo Goo Gai Pan is also a good choice. Enjoy!
