Can fiber prevent weight loss?
I know by eating more fiber it is supposed to make me feel less hungry. I have been finding that if I eat high fiber, I retain water and weight. I have not significantly increased my fiber intake all at once, so I know that is not the case. I am just wondering if anyone else is experiencing something similar. Thanks!

What am I doing wrong??
I am finding it very difficult to stick to 1200 calories a day. Of course, I can have more when I exercise, but I am finding that even when I think I am doing a good job, I am going over. I start the day great, but it goes downhill ....
Hi, all, I start everyday doing a pretty good job. I exercise in some form at least 6x per week. I eat a decent breakfast and lunch, but it seems by 3ish I am looking for a cookie. Dinner starts on a good note, but I always go for the "extra" and then crave dessert. Sometimes I really wonder why I even exercise. Any ideas?…

Do some foods make you more hungry?
Does this happen to anyone else? There are certain foods that after I eat I feel more hungry. Some examples, peanut butter, bagels, pasta, beans, some cereal. I could sit and eat a normal size portion of pasta and then go back and eat an entire additional serving because I am so hungry. I do try to always pair it with a…
