I do zumba at a zumba club and on wii, if you arent sweating, then you arent putting enough intensity into it. Better to learn on wii before going to a class though! I too make nachos and tacos from Ground Turkey. Made a 1/2 Extra Lean groung beef and 1/2 Ground Turkey meatloaf that was very good. The combination made the meat really moist. Fat/Calorie content isnt too different between Extra Lean GB and Ground Turkey, so it was more a flavor thing than nutritional savings.

Im in the same boat, i find myself pretty "strong" on upper body, but I cant do more than 1 or 2 regular pushups, i dont get it. How is it possible that adding the legs and toes in make it impossible haha

i use lime/lemon juice, any seasonings around and pan cook it on medium w/ a bit of fat free chicken broth - then make fish tacos..

More water, take walks on your break. I have a desk job as well. I also do arm curls w/ 3lb weights while on conference calls.
