  • I love my wii fit, not that I use it as much as I should. I use the Wii fit plus and do step aerobics., S few of the other games have the fun factor too so its less like excersise. Go for it :smile:
  • I weigh myself every day too :smile: It helps keep me on track. I can start to see a pattern in any fluctuations too, so I don't get stressed out if those numbers happen to go up for no apparent reason. If that is what motivates you, keep it up :bigsmile:
  • I have a measuring jug that has cup measurements on it, but I can honestly say that I have never felt the need to measure mash potato or carrots or any other veg or none liquid for that matter in CUPS. A weight of grams would be much more helpful to us none US residents :/
  • Hi there, I'm from the Midlands too :) All support is good support. Welcome to MFP too. I am doing this along with weight watchers. I have lost 78lbs so far. At least another 21 to go though :) Chat soon
