Yum - I love ot! I always cut mine and stand it in a glass of water over night - makes it taste so much sweeter the next day!

I like the idea of eating with the oposite hand! I have always been a quick eater - even as a child. More recently I have been realising that I eat so quickly that I can not even remember what the food tasted like - weird habit!

Try having some Quinoa - its 222 calories for a cup but it will fill you right up - I usually have this with a home made chopped salad that is dressed in lemon juice and a little salt. It's good hot or cold ! Good luck

personally i'm not counting the sugar that is naturally in fruit and vegetables - last week I make a carrot and letnil soup and the carrots alone blew my sugar goal out of the water so I figure that there are some sugars to count and some not to!

I made a carrot and lentil soup today which pshed my sugar way over - just the carrots alone did that ! Sad but true! BTW can anyone explain why some people just write BUMP???
