For 1 cup of uncooked rice or 3 cups cooked rice - Squeeze 1 lemon and add 3 tbsp chopped cilantro. Some salt of course - And you won't believe how yummy it is. :smile:

I think your daily limit is set too low. 54 grams is not a lot. Its suggested to eat 0.5 to 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight so I think you are eating right - not a lot. Try checking your stats and adjust your daily goal.

If these are your numbers then you are eating too less at 1200. I am the same BMR and TDEE. I am eating 1400 calories with a Carb/protein/fat ratio of 40/30/30 and eating some of my exercise calories back. I have been seeing good results (scale wise and inch loss too) I would suggest up your calories to 1400 for a week or…

I prefer whole milk for its taste and protein content. Skim milk/ 2% / fat free just doesn't taste like milk. Its like adding water to your glass of milk. Whole milk for me all the way - May be because I also grew up drinking fresh whole milk direct from the farms :smile:

Very much similar. Married but no kids. I love the Silk vanilla unsweetened almond milk but i would not replace my regular milk with that. I use Almond milk in smooties, protein shakes and ceral. It lacks big time in protein and milk protein is very healthy. I take 100% Whole Milk which i know is high in calories and sugar but its milk and milk is very important…

Yes Yes Yes - We are estimating way over the actuals. You should invest in one - and they are not expensive. There is one from Eat Smart on amazon for $25 and it gives you weigh it multiple units (grams, ounces, kgs, etc) check it out :smile:
