I think its a good goal but it would be better if you can breakdown your final goal into a few short term goals with timelines (just a suggestion). Go for any dark chocolate - 70%+ cocoa. Absolutely this though I think 1300 calorie diet is bird food. You need a lot more to do your basic bodily functions.
