    Yesterday was a REST DAY. Went shopping with my daughter. It was great fun!

    Today's challenge...300 high knees DONE!

    4/24: 200 rear flys completed
    4/25: 100 push ups completed (doctor put me on rest due to plantar fascitits so could not do the mountain climbers)

    04/23 - hair cut issues...no tire runs done here! only 125 squats for the record!
    04/24 - 100 rear flys - 5 lb weights DONE! I did 12 miles on the recumbent bike.
    04/25 100 mountain climbers - DONE! Walked 4.35 miles in 62 minutes.

    **ATTENTION CHALLENGE PARTICIPANTS** I need to get the May challenge calendar done some time today. Is there anything thay you guys want added? I am doing it more for you in May then myself due to my stupid foot problem and not being able to do a lot of the exercises. Send me your ideas over the next few hours and I will work them all in. I do have something new that I want to add this month as well but want some day to day ideas if you want something different than what I have been doing the past few months. Thanks guys!!!!!

    How about adding 1 healthy food habit a week for May? Like switch from white rice/pasta to brown rice/whole wheat pasta; chose a whole fruit over processed bottled fruit juice. Just an idea ! :smile:
