(WEEK ONE)

4/1: 100 Tricep overhead extensions (weight of your choice)

4/2: 100 Deep lunges

4/3: 100 side knee lifts

4/4: 100 jump ropes (simulated okay)

4/5: 100 hammer punches (weight of your choice)

4/6: walk/run/jog 2 miles


(WEEK TWO)

4/7: Personal choice

4/8: 100 windmills

4/9: 100 squats

4/10: 100 jumping jacks

4/11: 100 sit ups

4/12: 100 leg circles

4/13: walk/run/jog 2 miles


(WEEK THREE)

4/14: Personal choice

4/15: 100 pushups (modified okay)

4/16: 100 side leg raises

4/17: 100 ab crunches

4/18: 100 high knees

4/19: 100 arm circles (big and small)

4/20: walk/run/jog 2 miles


(WEEK FOUR)

4/21: Personal choice

4/22: 100 overhead claps

4/23: 100 tire runs (simulated okay)

4/24: 100 rear flys (weight of your choice)

4/25: 100 mountain climbers

4/26: 100 reverse crunches

4/27: walk/run/jog 2 miles
