  • I've been on here a couple of days and was wondering if I'm doing something wrong. In the exercise log, why is it ever time I try to add in the crunches I've done it doesn't acknowledge the calories burned by them? Is there a different way to do it or does it ever count them?
  • Welcome! I think you came to the right place! I've always wanted to check out WW but it costs sooooo much lol. But I'm sure you can do parts of it without paying for it, like with fruits and veggies, ooo and those yummy snack cakes they have out. And I would love to live in London one day too!

  • Nooo! Don't do it! Go for fruit or a big glass of water! Water helps with filling you up so you aren't so hungry! I know that helps me anyway, and fruit is low calories and gives you sugar too if that's what you're craving. :) hope to see you around!

  • Lol, its worth a shot! Naw its great to have you here! I totally understand the soda junkie thing! Its hard to not drink soda all the time, but I'm sure we can beat that!
  • When you create your ticker, there should be two boxes with a bunch of codes in it, you want the first one, copy and paste it then go to your home and there should be a "forum signature" thing you can change. Edit, paste and you're good to go! (All sorts of technical words in there lol)
