I have the Wii and use my fitness coach.. Its very interactive and really works, its like having your own aerobics coach, and as your level of fitness improve s she makes it more challenging, Down side, music is pants so I just turn the radio on and mute the music,

Hi I'm lyn, born in Hartlepool, moved to co Durham in 96 then moved again to the Isle of Man in 2010. I have yo-yoed all my life, my all time high was 2003 when I hit 16st 9.. I vowed never to go that big again, My lightest is 12st 12.. Would love to get below that, we shall see

Over the years I have pin pointed what triggers mine, it is a very random list... Eggs, bananas, pepperoni( all spiced sausages) smoked meat, fish or cheese, Turnip.. As long as I kept off that I was fine, but over Christmas it Started back up again..I think it is onions now that is setting it off, but don't want to eat…

i always go for fish when i go out, cos they always cook it so much nicer than i do. love salmon when i eat out,

i cook veg soups and stew, curry, whole chickens, and i am posh i have 2 slow cookers.. my oldest is massive brill for big family size dishes, the other is a pan that sits on a hot plate. love them both. rice pudding is very nice in it too.

swimming would be the best for your knee as the water will suport you when i gave up smoking a few years ago the nurse told me a craving only lasts 3 mins.. so find something else to do, this is the same for food and drink,
