as others have said, yeah 24 hours is 24 hours. I used to swing up 24 hours often and simply started my calories over at my normal sleep time. Doesn't feel right but then starving your body isn't healthy either so I try and eat. Don't force yourself if not too hungery but def don't go more than 5 hours without calories. -cp

well I've actually researched and found that sleeping in a ponytail or bun is supposed to cause more split ends. The best recommended style for long hair when sleeping is braided or in a silky cap. But fyi I'm so used to sleeping with a ponytail I do most of the time but I have tons of split ends too. Lol

any new exercise you do that causes sore muscles will make the scale either stay still or rise. Is a cruel fact but your body retains water to help those aore muscles, so it's best to ignore the scale for a while till your used to the exercise. Keep going though. You can do this!

I think you should test it while at rest. First feel for your own heart beat and count it for 10 seconds then do the simplt math to find the average then use the monitor is what Id do :) good luck
