so do most women "gain" or not lose weight just before and during TOM? Seems logical we would but I know I used to "gain" 2lbs or so and this month havent noticed a difference. So curious. What is others experience with this?

5lbs a month?
hi all I used to easily lose 10lbs a month. This month I only lost 5. Since Im about 50lbs from my goal can I no longer lose my 2lbs a week?
