highland beef nutrition

So, I know highland beef (beef from the breed of cattle known as highland or highlander) is healthier beef with lower fat and lower cholesterol than traditional beef. I bought some nice grass fed highland beef at the farmers market hut don't know the nutrition of it since it has less fat and cholesterol than most beef has. I would be grateful to any who could help with say a 4oz servings worth of calories, protein, carbs, iron, and sodium.
I know that in comparison to angus a pound of highland ground beef came out as this
After cooking angus went from 1lb to .69 with aprx 4 tbspn of fat drippings discarded into pan.
After cooking 1lb of highland weighed .75 and left no measurable amount of fat drippings.
I've found sites than give cholesterol and fat comparions but no calories.

This is UK based where they have grazed on the hillsides and matured slowly, no idea what commercial fast maturing would do to this!!
Bear in mind that calories are made from fat, protein and carbs (well no carbs in this case), so you should be able to calculate the calories using the fat and protein.0 -
There's no real commercial pushing of highland beef here, mostly just farmers who grass feed them. They are slowergrowers so many farmers despise them for beef. Tis sad. Thanks for the info
