nutrient opinion
In the tracking which would you consider more important for me track fiber, calcium or iron intake? I'm tracking sodium with my carbs, fat and protien. I take a good calciam citrate supplement and vit. D along with daily vit. I'm thinking iron is more important of the three... Opinions? Thanks, Kimmy

how bad is it to be far under fat in your diet? If I happen to eat some guacamole and peanut butter than I come in at about 30g or so but otherwise I end up about 10g a day. I know being low on protien is bad for muscles and energy but what is wrong with having low fat in your diet?

As i've seen from doing math I burn the most calories by jogging in place with my routine... I don't really have the option nor am I ready to try and jog outdoors... water consumption
ok when I started this diet I remember reading I was suppose to aim for drinking 8 cups of water a day and another cup for every 10lbs I wanted to lose. It is not possible for me to drink that much. Im currently consuming about 10 cups a day. Does that seem a good amount to ya'll?

Do I have like super weak lungs or is this common? After an intense fast paced exercise My lungs get a little congested- always have. Drs have said my lungs are healthy. Am I not breathing enough or wrong or is this just common when not in top shape?
